FAQs

We believe in keeping our pricing system simple. Xtreme Carpet Cleaning uses per-area pricing, meaning we only charge you for the area we clean. There is a maximum of 150 square feet per area, and we consider open plan living room/dining rooms as separate areas. Staircases containing 15 steps or fewer are treated as one area.

While we’re happy to move smaller furniture items like coffee tables and chairs, we cannot move large furniture like beds, television sets, and couches for liability reasons. In certain situations, an extra moving charge may apply.

Your carpets will be dry in just 2-4 hours after cleaning is complete! We know how annoying it can be when you have to wait days on end for your carpets to dry after cleaning, which is why we use industry-leading extraction equipment that eliminates around 90% of the water left in your carpets after cleaning and allows them to dry quickly.

We accept card, cash, or check payments. You don’t pay until after the job is complete. If you notice any spots that still need attention during the walkthrough, simply point them out to your technician, and they will go over them again! However, remember that certain stains need specialized treatment and attention.

Of course! We use non-toxic, safe cleaning products, and you are welcome to walk on them after cleaning, even if they’re not completely dry yet.

We use high-powered, truck-mounted equipment for cleaning, so we need to park as close to your door as possible. It’s best if you can clear a space in the driveway or on the street in front of your home or business to allow us to work quickly and efficiently.

It’s always a good idea for you to be present for our initial walk-through so that you can point out any areas of concern, but you do not need to be home for the entirety of the appointment. All of our employees are fully trained and background checked, so you can trust us in your home.

Yes! As long as we can park close to your apartment building and you live on the 3rd floor or below, we’re happy to clean your apartment. A special set-up fee may apply for apartments above the 2nd floor.
